ADANI, founded in 1991, by Mr. Vladimir Linev is an innovative, high-tech global enterprise that leads security, health care and scientific industry.

The unique alloy of insight and knowledge of nuclear physics professor, inventor, the author of 135 patents, Vladimir Linev, allows him to dissect and analyze an almost wondrous cybernetic business model of Anthony Stafford Beer in order to present to the world the research and development innovation matrix that he defines “Smart Innovation Machine”.

Mr. Linev’s intellect of a scientific inventor and his creative innovative ideas, implemented in unique technical solutions, were an excellent well received response delivered in a timely fashion to meet global challenges of the twenty-first century; from man-made nuclear disasters like Chernobyl and Fukishima, to the maniacal and radical notions of terrorists and criminals like 9/11, contraband hidden in clothing and the human body, as well as school shootings. If it seemed previously that Vladimir was inspired by fiction movies, it was now the other way around.

National and Global Impact

The impact of Chernobyl, the nuclear disaster of 1986, was unprecedented in human history. The nuclear accident in Fukushima following an earthquake and subsequent tsunami in 2011, only confirmed that providing radiation safety was necessary for all societies. ADANI offers many innovative solutions for limiting radiological exposure doses, decreasing the consequences of radiation incidents.

1991-1998 – A need for radiation safety arose, and ADANI met the task. Gamma radiometers (RUG91) were installed in more than 5,000 laboratories and became part of the state system of food radiation safety controls in Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.

1998-2018 - In Belarus, where the total population is 9.6 million, there are 450 clinics with medical x-ray equipment that have led to the development of governmental programs that allow early detection of tuberculosis and breast cancer, saving tens of thousands of lives. This is a great sense of pride for Mr. Linev.

With current technologies, unique non-destructive medical testing and security x-ray equipment successfully mitigate key issues in the healthcare and security industries, resulting in improved health and the saving of lives for tens of millions of people across 85 countries.

In 1999, ADANI became the pioneer in the invention of an X-ray body scanner for the purposes of security and crime prevention. More than 1,000 scanners are operating in 56 countries worldwide already.

1999-2015 – X-ray interdiction and detection equipment was installed in diamond mines in Africa to deter the theft of diamonds and precious metals.

2002-2018 – Transmitting X-ray body scanners were installed in airports in many countries for the effective prevention of drug trafficking through drug mules.

2013-2018 – Prison crime prevention. Cell phones are equal to, or even more dangerous than a weapon in a prison. Hundreds of X-ray body scanners have been installed in United States prisons; scanners that are capable of detecting not only cell phones, but drug and weapons hidden in personal belongings and body cavities.
